Our Mission

Improve performance of local governments by providing them a repository of their data and information needed in ensuring efficient and effective delivery of basic services. Support National Government interventions by facilitating access to granular and updated data of local governments. Provide the public with quick, easy access to facts and figures on local infrastructure and basic services of their local government unit.

Our Plan

Continued enhancement of the capacity and functionality of LIBSIS to provide information that will include but not be limited to LGU profile, demographic and spatial data, social data, hazard profile, inventory of local infrastructure, facilities, utilities, as well as other information which can be included in a multi-layer basemap.

It will have a visualization platform that shall show the interconnectedness of data from barangay level up to the national level that could support executive information and decision-making needs.

Our Vision

LIBSIS to become the recognized repository of updated local government data and information, widely utilized and updated by all levels of local government, and harnessed by NGAs, international organizations and agencies and the general public for their information needs
